Chef/Owner Alberto Varetto and WINEBOW IMPORT distributor Marcello “battle it out” during this fun wine dinner planned exclusively for The Wine Tasters of Naples.  

Three chef’s crafted courses will be paired up with six selected wine tastings (2 wines per course) for your adventurous palette to scrutinize. It's your call whether the “home team (Alberto)” or the “Visitor (Marcello)” comes out on top. 

One look at the menu and it's a little more than obvious who the ultimate winner will be --- YOU!

Antipasto misto;

Gamberi , mozzarella fatta in casa con Pomodorini  locali, Prosciutto di Parma

Antipasto italiano. Roasted Gulf Shrimp served with basil olive oil.  Homemade Buffalo Mozzarella served with local tomatoes arugula salad with imported Parma Prosciutto and lemon dressing
